Standard NET 30 terms are available to all qualified dealers who have submitted a Customer Information Application and have been approved for terms by our credit department. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, COD and Cash in Advance as alternate methods of payment.
Past Due Accounts
JIT Furniture Supply reserves the right to hold shipments on overdue accounts, and to reassess established terms with that dealer. In the event that terms are revoked, dealer may pay by one of the alternative methods listed above. The dealer will be contacted by our credit department prior to the revocation of terms via telephone or letter.
Shipping
All JIT Furniture Supply shipments are F.O.B. Athens, TN, USA. Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Refund and Exchange Policy
JIT Furniture Supply return and exchange policies are designed to insure that our customers will
always receive products of the highest quality and in the best condition possible. JIT Furniture Supply will accept returns for credit or exchanges on items that are received in new,
unused condition. We must be notified of your intent within 20 days following your purchase
date. Follow these simple steps:
1 - Call JIT Furniture Supply and request a Return Authorization (R/A) Number. Please
have your invoice # ready when you call so we may serve you faster.
2 - Write the R/A# clearly in bold next to the address label.
3 - Include a copy of your original invoice with your return. All returns should be
properly insured and packaged to prevent damage.

4 - Returns will be refunded the original purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee minus the original shipping
charges. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact JIT Furniture Supply
staff for details.
Warranty Information
JIT Furniture Supply products are made by CarvCraft. All JIT Furniture Supply Products are guaranteed to the original owner against defects in material and/or workmanship. If we find that a JIT Furniture Supply product is defective, we
will at our discretion, repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price of the
product. JIT Furniture Supply is not responsible for products used commercially or for the effects
of accidents or normal wear and tear. JIT Furniture Supply is not responsible for abuse, misuse,
improper care or modification in any way.
JIT Furniture Supply makes no other express warranties beyond the limited terms of this
warranty. JIT Furniture Supply will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages
caused by or resulting from the use or performance of JIT Furniture Supply. All returns must have an
RA#. Please call Customer Service at 800-951-3542 to obtain RA# information.
